THE ROLE

Our growing team is seeking a Business Development Manager to own and drive sales of Local Measure’s CCaaS platform ‘Engage’ across the West Coast of the USA. This is a true ground floor opportunity, reporting directly into the CCO. The platform is purpose built for Amazon Connect (AWS cloud-based contact center platform).

The ideal candidate will be a proven Contact Center sales individual from either a CCaaS, System Integrator or Transformation Partner, is both strategic and creative, with strong business acumen, excellent communication, sharp analytical skills and high energy. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves and contribute individually (#ZeroEgo) but has the aptitude to build the team and work with others for continued success. The right person for this position is an independent self-starter who can jump straight in and hit the ground running (#OwnIt), and a generally awesome human.

Business Development duties will include ownership, management and execution of:

  • West Coast GTM
  • Origination and winning of new business
  • Localised partner & re-seller relationships
  • Creating and fostering relationships with AWS sellers
  • Complete proposals, RFP’s & SOW’s
  • Representation of Local Measure in-region & events
  • Thought Leadership
