As a member of our small design team you will have a key role in shaping the future of our products.
Discovery and Insights - What information and insights can we provide that will help our users help their customers? How can we make it easier for our users to find the information that is important to them, when and where it’s needed?
Workflows and Collaboration - How do we make information actionable and how do our users keep track of what actions have been taken both on- and off-line? How does our platform fit into our users existing workflows and tools?
Becoming a Platform - Our next level of growth will come from extending functionality through apps and integrations. How do we design a developer experience that makes build integrations simple and enticing for other products?
Seamless Guest Experiences - A good portion of the products we build are experienced by our customers' customers. We need to make our customers look good by making fast, beautiful and effective experiences.
As a designer here you will have impact across all stages of product development. You will work with product managers to understand our customers problems and how to solve them and work directly with engineers to help bring the solutions to life.
We regularly iterate and experiment with ways of working and tools that help get the message across quickly and clearly. Our core tool-set at the moment includes Sketch and Invision and we are experimenting with Abstact to help with collaboration and regular design reviews.

We are looking for strong all-rounders with bonus points for skills or interest in areas like front-end code, animation or illustration.
