Wait no more – we’ve pushed our first iteration of Feed live! Feed is a summary view of the social activity happening at across our customers’ locations. Currently, you’ll see a view of all posts in Feed but over the weeks we’ll be adding many new insights and alerts to notify you of important information or customer activity.
Immediately see if there’s any urgent that needs to be responded too and click through to the post to respond to the customer.
Feed is a great way to see the conversations happening at your location in real-time, it’s a great screen to keep open next to your POS (point of sale) or with your store/location manager so they can always hear the social chatter from customers.
Reply to customers even quicker than before!
We’ve made replying to customers even faster for our customers. In just one click you’ll be able to respond to your customers to make them feel special. We’ve iterated over this workflow a few times to ensure we could simplify and make it as easy to reply as possible so please let us know what you think.
To speed up the interactions, we’ve also enabled automatic reply, like and follows on customer posts when you’ve only connected the one social network. Even faster than before.
Custom date range
You can now define custom date periods when viewing insights and data for this period.
Tip: A great way to see progress of your business is to compare how frequent your customers were talking about your business a year ago compared to today. Or even better, use our custom search to compare last month or year event with this years.
Click on date filter (top right of screen) and select a custom date range.
