How can I buy Engage for Amazon Connect?

Does Engage for Amazon Connect also handle my voice calls?

Yes! You can route your Amazon Connect voice queues straight into our beautiful and easy-to-use voice experience. This is the same single pane of glass that agents will also use to handle chat, messaging and email.

Does pricing change depending on how many agents we have?

No! Our pricing plans are not charged per named agent, per unnamed agent or per hour of software used. Our plans are consumption-based, charging only for every call, message or task used.

Is your pricing all-inclusive? Are there any add-on fees?

For customers who choose our Starter, Medium, Large or Enterprise Plans, you have an allocated number of calls, messages and tasks included per month. If you go over those limits, you will be billed for additional usage based on consumption. You are also responsible for paying any AWS infrastructure charges. This is billed separately, directly via AWS. Find out more on AWS Marketplace.

How is my customer’s data protected?

At Local Measure, we are dedicated to building customer trust through data security and compliance. Engage for Amazon Connect does not store or process any personally identifiable customer data - all end customer data is stored within your own AWS environment. We are SOC2 compliant and externally audited.
