Yes! You can route your Amazon Connect voice queues straight into our beautiful and easy-to-use voice experience. This is the same single pane of glass that agents will also use to handle chat, messaging and email.
No! Our pricing plans are not charged per named agent, per unnamed agent or per hour of software used. Our plans are consumption-based, charging only for every call, message or task used.
For customers who choose our Starter, Medium, Large or Enterprise Plans, you have an allocated number of calls, messages and tasks included per month. If you go over those limits, you will be billed for additional usage based on consumption. You are also responsible for paying any AWS infrastructure charges.
