Global customer experience technology leader Local Measure has appointed data and customer experience technology expert Kristina Lengyel to its Board of Directors.

Lengyel is the second US-based technology executive to join Local Measure this year, following the appointment of contact center veteran, Ralph Breslauer. Like Breslauer, she is also a former executive of contact center giant Aspect Software. She is currently serving as Executive Vice President, Customer Solutions for Canadian information management software company OpenText.

Local Measure’s global customer base has grown through its customer experience management offerings and most recently through the launch of its flagship product, Engage for Amazon Connect, an omnichannel agent desktop for contact centers.

Lengyel has extensive experience leading high-growth SaaS businesses. Prior to joining OpenText where she currently serves on the Executive Leadership Team, Lengyel has led Professional Services, Engineering and Learning Services for organizations such as Tableau Software and UKG (previously Kronos), and others.

Lengyel’s experience running services and support organizations is very well aligned to Local Measure’s position in the market as a customer communications management platform.
