Local Measure has begun a new partnership with Ynpact, a Monaco-based, AWS Select Consulting Partner. Together, Local Measure and Ynpact will be able to provide contact center customers a fully serviced solution around Engage for Amazon Connect.
Local Measure’s Engage for Amazon Connect is an omnichannel agent desktop built for Amazon Connect to enable contact centers to manage inbound customer queries across voice and digital channels via a single inbox. Leveraging Amazon Connect skills-based routing and analytics, it allows agents to easily respond to incoming customer calls and direct messages from WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Apple Business Chat, WeChat, email, Web Chat or SMS via a single inbox.
