Local Measure Driving Expansion in Canada with Amazon Connect

Local Measure, a customer communications management platform and an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Technology Partner, is ramping up its offering in Canada through its partnership with AWS. Local Measure’s flagship product, Engage for Amazon Connect, is an omnichannel agent desktop for contact centers aimed at creating better agent and customer experiences while making the transition to the cloud simpler and more efficient.

Amazon Connect, an easy-to-use omnichannel cloud contact center, provides a seamless experience across voice and chat for customers and agents. This includes one set of tools for skills-based routing, task management, powerful real-time and historical analytics, and intuitive management tools – all with pay-as-you-go pricing, which means Amazon Connect simplifies contact center operations, improves agent efficiency, and lowers costs.

Over the last few years there has been a significant increase in the number of contact centers moving to the cloud as customers have grown to expect 24/7 omnichannel support. The pandemic has put additional pressure on businesses using on-premises systems who now need to operate with remote agents. Local Measure sales teams are responding to increases in demand from Canadian businesses looking to migrate their contact centers to the cloud.
