Local Measure is an exciting SaaS company building next-generation customer experience and engagement software for the world’s top brands. We are a passionate and close-knit team of 40 people, with offices in Sydney, Singapore, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Miami and an all-star set of investors, advisors and senior executives from Google, Twitter, Salesforce, Uber, and Cisco, to name a few.

Since Coronavirus struck in March last year, we have been busy building a contact center iteration of our product: an omni-channel agent desktop purpose-built for Amazon Connect (learn more here: We have been actively partnering with the global Amazon Connect teams to bring Local Measure Engage for Amazon Connect to market, and are quickly being pulled into a number of different deals with Amazon and their partners. As a result we are looking to grow our product team with a new Product Manager role to work on this and our portfolio of products.

You will take ownership of multiple areas of the product and collaborate with the team to develop products that solve problems for our users and achieve our business goals. You will have a key role in delivering against our product strategy and vision as we continue to grow.

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-centric Product Manager who is happy to jump into the deep end and to take on tasks big or small.

Here are some of the challenges you will be working on:

Discovery and Insights - What information and insights can we provide that will help our users help their customers? How can we make it easier for our users to find the information that is important to them, when and where it’s needed?

Workflows and Collaboration - How do we make information actionable and how do our users keep track of what actions have been taken both on- and off-line? How does our platform fit into our users existing workflows and tools?

Becoming a Platform - Our next level of growth will come from extending functionality through apps and integrations. How do we design a developer experience that makes build integrations simple and enticing for other products?

Seamless Customer Experiences - A good portion of the products we build are experienced by our customers' customers. We need to make our customers look good by making fast, beautiful and effective experiences.

Day to day you will:

  • Work with engineering and design on feature delivery: define requirements, write user stories, estimate and plan, 
  • Work closely with design on feature discovery: identify and understand problems, analyze data, talk with customers, create flows and mockups
  • Define success metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Test new features and provide feedback on functionality and user experience
  • Partner with our Customer Support to ensure customers are successful with new features and improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on GTM initiatives
  • Communicate frequently and effectively to all levels of the company, including presentations and demos

About you

  • You have a track record of helping cross-functional teams be successful each day, resulting in high-quality work, and a supportive, happy environment
  • You have experience with drawing actionable insights from data, and liaising with customers
  • You’re comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You understand the opportunities and constraints of building products for the web and mobile
  • Experience working in a SaaS business
  • You’re passionate and excited about doing good work
  • You’re curious and love to learn new things
